WNY Medical, PC values the safety and providing competence care and compassion for all our patients.

On a daily basis the Coronavirus situation is constantly changing. We are being compliant and following the regulations of the CDC and Erie County Department of Health. Our patients safety and staff is a high priority. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms such as fever with a cough or shortness of breath, please follow the following guidelines:

• Remain at home
  • Limit the contact you have with current family members
  • Contact your Primary Care Provider (PCP) immediately you can do so by initiating a message in your Patient Portal for a secured messaged will be sent to your provider who will be able to go over available options of treatment for you. 
• If you have a routine appointment scheduled and are experiencing any of the symptoms above please visit your Patient Portal to leave a message to inform your PCP. Other options may be available to you.

If you do not have access to Patient Portal, please call your provider office.

It is our goal to keep all of our patient safe and offer to them alternative treatment options while offering safer options to not continue the spread of COVID-19 in the community. All of that is possible by patients accessing their Patient Portal for other providing care options.
